Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Legacy Bot ("Service", "we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered Discord ticket support for FiveM communities. The Service includes an AI-driven support bot that integrates with Discord servers to automate ticket management, a web-based dashboard for configuration and analytics, a knowledge base system, and learned solution capabilities.

By accessing or using Legacy Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must authenticate via Discord OAuth to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and any organizations you own.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial across multiple accounts.

3. Subscription and Billing

Legacy Bot offers the following subscription plans:

  • Pro Plan: $20 per month — includes 500 AI tokens per month, unlimited ticket types, custom branding, the learning system, and standard analytics.
  • Enterprise Plan: $50 per month — includes everything in Pro, 2,500 AI tokens per month, full analytics with export, custom AI model selection, and dedicated support.

All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, your selected plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
  • If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you will not be charged. Cancellation must occur before the trial period ends.
  • If the Service experiences more than 24 consecutive hours of downtime, affected users will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle.
  • Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications through the bot.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the AI capabilities to generate harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or programmatic means designed to circumvent those limits.
  • Violate the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. AI Disclaimer

Legacy Bot utilizes artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses to support tickets. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
  • The AI operates based on your knowledge base entries and learned solutions. The quality of responses depends on the quality of the data you provide.
  • AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise).
  • You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated content and ensuring it meets your community's standards.
  • We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its original code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Legacy Bot and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you provide, including knowledge base entries, custom instructions, and branding assets. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

Learned Solutions: Solutions derived by the AI from ticket interactions within your organization belong to you. We do not share your learned solutions or knowledge base with other organizations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGACY BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the dashboard settings or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
  • Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
