Questions
Questions people actually ask
What is a credit?
A unit of AI work, measured on what a request actually costs to run rather than a flat price per message. A short answer from your documentation costs a fraction of what generating that documentation does. Tickets and documentation builds draw on the same monthly allowance, and a build shows its credits counting up while it runs.
What happens when I run out?
The bot stops answering and posts a message saying so. Nothing is billed automatically. There is no overage on any plan. You can upgrade or buy a one-off credit pack, and the same ticket carries on where it stopped.
Do credit packs expire?
No. You bought them, so they stay until you use them, and they are spent last, after each month’s included allowance. A pack bought in a heavy month is still there when the next one arrives.
I pushed a fix. Do my docs update?
Connect a script to its repository and every push is checked against what its documentation was built from. That check reads a file list, not your code — it costs no credits, and a push that changes nothing your documentation is written from does nothing at all. When something has changed you are told which files, and one click rebuilds only the pages that change can reach. On Enterprise, that rebuild can also happen on its own. A rebuild spends credits from your monthly allowance, the same as any other build.
Is it your bot or mine?
Yours. You create the application in Discord, you hold the token, and it runs under your name and avatar. Disconnecting it in your settings forgets the token entirely.
What happens to my docs if I cancel?
Your documentation sites keep serving for 30 days after a subscription ends, so a lapsed card does not take your public documentation offline within the hour.
