Terms
The agreement between you and Legacy Tickets, in plain language.
What we provide
A hosted service that runs a Discord bot under your own bot token, generates documentation from scripts you upload, and gives you a place to triage what your community reports.
What you are responsible for
Your bot token and your server. The bot acts as you, in your server, under your name. You grant it permissions and you can revoke them at any time.
What you upload. You need the right to upload it. We do not check, and we do not want the argument.
What the AI says on your behalf. It answers from your documentation. If your documentation is wrong, its answers will be wrong. Every ticket is readable in your dashboard and every conversation can be handed to a person at any point.
What we are responsible for
Running the service, keeping your data isolated from other customers, and not doing anything with it beyond what the privacy page describes.
We do not promise uptime we cannot hold to. There is no SLA on any plan; if that matters to you, say so before you buy.
Billing
Plans are monthly or yearly, charged through Stripe. Usage is metered in credits. When you run out, the bot stops answering and tells you why — we do not bill overage you did not choose.
Cancel whenever you like, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for a period already started, and we will make exceptions if something on our side was broken.
Prices can change. Existing subscriptions get 30 days' notice by email.
Ending it
You can delete your organisation at any time. We can suspend an account for non-payment after a seven-day grace period, or immediately for using the service to attack someone. Neither of those happens without an email first.
The boring part
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
